Cave Geisse Brut Nature
Brut Nature is made from 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. It is aged on the lees (yeast) for a minimum of 24 months prior to release.
The nose is very fresh, with notes of citrus, flowers, honey and almonds. Long mineral finish.
Bright and crisp and zingy on the palate, it’s a fantastic aperitif and really gets the party started.
Only 1660 cases in production.
