A classic Champagne blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir, this brut sparkling wine is made in the Champenoise method. The wine spends twelve months on the lees before bottling and eventual release. The Cave Amadeu line was designed to represent the exceptional terroir of the Pinto Bandiera region and the elegance of the Geisse production in a more accessible sparkling wine for “everyday celebration.”
Pale yellow gold in color with delicate, persistent effervescence. The wine offers subtle yet distinctive notes toasted bread crust and brioche with a lift of bright citrus, tropical fruit, and a stony mineral quality that is consistently present throughout the whole Família Geisse collection. The finish is clean and dry, with a hint of fruit and a long mineral finish. Elegant and easy to drink.
The delicate fruit notes and balanced effervescence make this wine as pleasant on it own as it is with food.
