STAFF TRAINING: RESTAURANT WINE TRAINING

We did a short intensive (in English and in Italian)  for the staff of an Italian restaurant in Harlem, New York City. The goals were clear, to provide them the tools of a basic wine vocabulary and pouring service, as well as to understand the basic American understanding of wine.

We talked not only about what wine to suggest for a table, but also why, and how to explain the choice to the customers.
